Zaboo facilitates each job seekers effective screening through the use of online software in conjunction with an enhanced interview to validate each job seekers qualifications and fit for the job.
Zaboo integrates three basic critical elements to facilitate making really great hiring decisions!
- Validation of the candidate’s qualifications for the job, i.e. education, experience, skills, compensation, and availability for the job.
- An independent, unbiased objective assessment of the Mental Aptitudes and Behaviors of applicant vs. those required for effective job performance.
- Facilitation of an effective interview that encompasses appropriate interview questions to validate that the applicant is ‘right” for the job.
With ZABOO it’s easy to create the questions for each job opening that each candidate answers online to establish that the candidate has the qualifications for the job. Upon answering the qualification questions for the job, the candidate then completes the Achiever assessment which in turn objectively compares the candidate to the requirements of the job and creates behaviorally oriented interview questions in areas where the candidate is not an ideal fit to the job.
Since each of the three Zaboo components is scored and as a result a final cumulative score is derived for each candidate, it’s easier to numerically understand which applicants are really the most qualified for the job in a more through and consistent way.
